Integrity Meter Solutions (IMS) was founded in 2019 by Johnny Nunn and Jason McCloskey, two Kentucky guys from the Louisville area who happened to cross paths down in Florida and hit it off right away.

But IMS wasn’t built on coincidence. It was built on a shared mindset.

Johnny and Jason saw a gap in the submetering industry: too many properties were stuck dealing with service that felt inconsistent, reactive, or impersonal. They believed property teams deserved a partner who shows up, communicates clearly, and takes real ownership of the work, every time.

So they built the kind of company they wished existed.
